ServiceNow Developer

Trillium Professional has a long term opportunity in Foster City, CA for a ServiceNow Developer. 

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll:
-Champion and evangelize best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
-Act as a technical lead on projects.
-Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, focusing on ITAM, ITOM, and integration capabilities.
-Collaborate closely with the platform owner and architect to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
-Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, design workflows and processes, and deliver consistent support.
-Partner with the IT application administrators to ensure ServiceNow performs seamlessly and meets business needs.
-Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company’s growth trajectory.

Requirements
-6+ years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, with a focus on the following:
-ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, scoped applications, and automated testing framework
-Demonstrated ability to orchestrate productive meetings, set clear user expectations, and evangelize ServiceNow best practices
-Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating complex concepts into digestible insights
-A pronounced sense of responsibility and a drive for continuous evolution and learning
-Certification in hardware or software asset management is highly preferred
-ServiceNow-certified application developer certification is preferred
-HR service delivery certification is a plus!
